This post is about great customer support beyond the call of duty.
I was among many to receive the letter below from rogerwheatley.com, the web hosting services provider informing his clients about important changes by CIRA (Canadian Internet Registration Authority) and about the interruption of their services which will affect all ca. domain registration on particular date etc. etc.
Roger truly cares about his clients, not every hosting provider will spend their time and effort in updating clients about such events, it is not their business or in an expected job description to care about Canadian Internet Registration Authority services interruptions. However, this is not the first time that Roger Wheatley goes beyond being just an ordinary web hosting service provider. His superb technical expertise is always complimented by outstanding client support. Many of my clients use Roger for services to their own businesses and it’s so gratifying to see them happy.
Thank you Roger.
COURTESY NOTICE TO ALL CLIENTS:
